Energy World Corp, the developer of LNG projects in the Philippines and Indonesia, said its shareholders voted to re-elect Ian Jordan as the company’s executive director based in Australia.

Energy World’s annual general meeting of shareholders held in Sydney on Thursday also re-elected Michael O’Neill and Henry Clarke as independent non-executive directors, the company said in its statement.

Ian Jordan was appointed as EWC’s executive director on 29 September, 2000 and company secretary on 12 April, 2001.

Prior to joining Energy World Jordan was a senior executive with Consolidated Electric Power Asia (CEPA) and before this was a partner in an international engineering consultancy.

According to EWC’s website, he has more than 40 years experience internationally in the electric power industry, including project development, project finance, construction and operation.
