Epic Gas Charters Two from Siva Group

Epic Gas Ltd. has concluded long-term inward bareboat charter contracts with the Siva Group for two 7,200 cbm vessels.

The vessels, both built in 2010, will be named “Epic Bali” and “Epic Borneo”.

The bareboat charters feature purchase options and fixed monthly charter rates throughout the term of the contracts. The vessels are currently employed by two leading LPG shippers, according to Epic Gas.

The charter deals come in the wake of the company’s acquisition of a third 7,500cbm fully pressurised gas carrier to be built at Sasaki Shipbuilding of Japan, scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2016.
