FMC Technologies Acquires CSI (USA)

FMC Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Control Systems International, Inc. (CSI).

CSI is a leading supplier of innovative control and automation system solutions for the oil and gas industry and other markets. The company has operations in Lenexa, Kansas; Irvine, California; and London, England.
