GDF Suez Names New CFO of Global Gas and LNG

GDF Suez announced that Benoît Mignard, currently Director of Acquisition Investment and Financial Advisory of GDF SUEZ will be appointed CFO of Global Gas and LNG business line as of January 3rd, 2012. He will pursue his mission as Director of AIFA until that time.

Marc Williamson, currently Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of International Power, will join the Corporate finance team of GDF SUEZ as project leader reporting to Isabelle Kocher Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, as of May, 15th.

Geert Peeters, currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Global Gas & LNG business line, is appointed deputy CFO of International Power as of January, 3rd, 2012. He will replace Marc Williamson as CFO as of May, 15th, after the Shareholders’ General Meeting of International Power.

Didier Engels, currently Group’s Planning & Controlling director, is appointed CFO of the Energy Europe business line. He will continue his mission as Group controller until February 15th.

Pierre Chareyre, currently Chief Executive Officer of GDF SUEZ Trading, is appointed deputy CFO of GDF SUEZ as of February, 15th, 2012. He will be responsible for Financial Advisory, Planning and Controlling, and supervising large projects within the Group.

Sébastien Arbola, currently in charge of mergers and acquisitions reporting to Benoît Mignard, is appointed M&A Director reporting directly to Isabelle Kocher, as of February, 15th.
