Gulf Navigation Confirms Sale of Two VLCCs to DHT Holdings

Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC (GNH) has confirmed that the company has entered into a Memorandum Of Agreement to sell two VLCCs, Gulf Sheba and Gulf Eyadah, to DHT Holdings Inc. for USD 98 Million in total.

GNH is further coordinating the financial and legal process for completion of the sale and delivery of the two VLCCs to the buyer.

The vessels will be delivered during February 2014.
