Hong Kong to target leisure and cruise segment in Indian market

Hong Kong is developing a new cruise terminal with an investment of 7.2 billion Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The new cruise terminal will start operations in 2013 and will be able to berth two mega vessels with facilities like immigrations, shopping, dining and entertainment etc. Hong Kong is looking at focusing on promotion of cruise vacations, as the new cruise terminal and homeport of the new vessels will act as an added benefit to the destination.
