Jinhui axes shipbuilding deals due to tight credit

Hong Kong shipping company has cancelled construction of two giant ore carriers because of problems with financing due to tight global credit conditions.

Norway-listed Jinhui said on Thursday that it terminated two contracts worth $122 million each.
