GulfMark to build second $30M platform supply vessel

GulfMark Offshore Inc. said Tuesday that it plans to build a second Aker PSV09 design vessel for a purchase price of about $30 million. Houston-based GulfMark (Nasdaq:GMRK) will be the majority investor in a joint venture for the construction of the vessel.
