Ship crash causes oil spill in HCMC’s river

A tanker transporting oil for PETEC Co. yesterday collided with a cargo ship owned by Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin Group), causing an oil spill in the Nha Be River in HCMC.
