FES is based in Ashington and is focused on the design, manufacture, and testing of highly engineered fluid transfer solutions for floating production and storage and offloading units (FPSOs) and complex subsea distribution systems used in long-cycle offshore and deepwater developments, Hunting said.

According to Hunting, FES has been fully integrated into the company, strengthening its ability to deliver scalable subsea solutions, unlocking cross-selling and portfolio-bundling opportunities, and supporting engagement across the full life of a field.

“The acquisition expands Hunting’s exposure to high-value, mission-critical subsea applications. It adds proprietary technologies and specialist engineering expertise that support subsea projects across SURF and SDS architectures. FES brings an established international offshore customer base and a proven track record in demanding offshore environments, reinforcing Hunting’s exposure to long-cycle, mission-critical subsea activity,” Hunting stated.
