I.M. Skaugen Completes Bond Issue

Norway’s I.M. Skaugen said it has completed a new senior unsecured callable bond issue with a first tranche of NOK 350 million.

The bonds will have a coupon of NIBOR + 9.00% and will mature in April 2017, the company said in a statement.

In  connection with the  bond issue, I.M.  Skaugen SE has bought back a nominal amount of NOK 206.0 million in IMSK10 with ISIN NO0010604689 and NOK 72.5 million in IMSK11 with ISIN NO0010625924, the company added.

I.M. Skaugen currently operates 39 vessels worldwide, which are engaged in the transportation of petrochemical gases, chemicals, LPG and LNG, the marine transfer of crude oil and LNG.
