COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard Co., a subsidiary of COSCO Shipyard Group Co., has secured contracts valued over USD 470m to build four subsea supply vessels for Maersk Supply Service AS (MSS).


MSS has also secured options for two additional subsea supply vessels.

The vessels are scheduled for delivery in 4Q2016 and 1H2017 respectively.

COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard is the largest shipyard in COSCO Shipyard Group. With the existing facilities, the shipyard can undertake more than 200 large-size ocean vessel repairs and conversions annually.

Maersk Supply Service provides marine services, including rig moving and anchor handling, to the global oil and gas industry.

The company has a four decade long experience in servicing deep-water offshore sectors.
