Magnolia LNG Continues with FERC Pre Filing Process, USA

Liquefied Natural Gas Limited announced that its wholly owned Magnolia LNG Project continues to maintain its permit and approvals Schedule through the Pre Filing process with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) with a target date to submit all 13 draft Resource Reports by November 2013.

Company Managing Director and Joint Chief Executive Officer, Mr Maurice Brand said that in accordance with FERC regulations, Magnolia LNG is required to submit a monthly report which is publicly released through the FERC web site.

“In addition, the Company will provide a general monthly update on the status of other relevant aspects of the Magnolia LNG Project as the Company drives towards a Final Investment Decision in early 2015”, said Mr Brand.
