Solstad said on Monday that the AHTS Far Stream had been contracted to a major Malaysian operator to support a drilling program of six wells.

The beginning of the contract is expected during March 2020 and the estimated duration is 285 days.

In addition, the unnamed client has options to extend the contract with a further 60 days.

The Far Stream is of a UT712L design built in 2006.
