Nam Cheong Forms Ship Design Subsidiary in Singapore

Malaysia’s Nam Cheong Limited has informed that its subsidiary Nam Cheong Dockyard Sdn Bhd has established a new subsidiary, NC Design Pte Ltd in Singapore.

NC Design is a private limited liability company incorporated under the Singapore Companies Act, Cap 50 on 23 September 2013, with paid-up capital of S$1.00.

The intended principal activities of NC Design are marine and ships related industrial design services and technical testing and analysing services. NC Design is currently dormant.
