Neptune Announces New Board Appointments

Neptune Marine Services Limited announces that Mr Robin King and Mr Dominic Siu have been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr Robin King joins the board following his appointment as Neptune’s Chief Executive Officer in June 2011. Mr King has almost 30 years’ experience in the international oil and gas industry and was CEO of Technip Subsea 7 Asia Pacific before joining Neptune in September 2010.

Mr Dominic Siu is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of MTQ Limited (ultimate parent company of Neptune) and joins the board as a Non‐Executive Director. Mr Siu is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales and brings extensive skills to the board through his 20 years’ Asia Pacific experience in senior financial management roles.

Following the company’s Annual General Meeting , Mr Jeff Dowling and Mr John Cooper announced their retirement from the Board of Directors.

Chairman of Neptune, Mr Boon Wee Kuah thanked both Mr Dowling and Mr Cooper for their contribution to the company and welcomed Mr Siu and Mr King to the board.
