New Communications Chief for Rosneft

Rosneft of Russia appointed Mikhail Vladimirovich Leontyev as the Press-Secretary – Director of the Information and Advertisement Department in the rank of Vice President on January 14. He will be supervising the external communications, advertising and exhibition activities division of the company.

Vladimir Tyulin who occupied the position of Press-Secretary – Director of the Information and Advertisement Department at Rosneft from November 2012 will resign to start a new job.

“Rosneft is strictly adhering to the policy of information openness and business transparency. Expanding external communications and enhancing the efficiency of information support for Company’s projects is an integral part of Rosneft’s business activity,” the company said in a statement.
