Noreco’s Director calls it quits

Norwegian Energy Company has announced that the Director David Gair has given notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of Noreco for personal reasons, effective 25 April 2014.

David Gair was a Director independent of the largest shareholders. In consultation with the company’s Nomination Committee the Board will consider timing of a possible proposal to the General Assembly for a replacement Director.
