Norway: Siem Offshore Appoints New Vice President and New Head of Chartering Department

Mr. Bernt Omdal is appointed as new head of chartering in Siem Offshore. Bernt has been the Chartering Director of the company since November 2008 and has more than 20 years of experience within the maritime industry, including chartering, operations and shipbroking. Bernt reports to the Chief Executive Officer Terje Sorensen.

Mr. Rune Juliussen is appointed in the new position as Vice President – Business Development. Rune’s responsibilities include, among others, market analysis, review of strategic business opportunities, corporate finance, and investor relations. Rune has worked as a consultant for the company since March 2010 and has 10 years of previous experience from Pareto Securities and Carnegie, within the areas of Research and Corporate Finance. Rune reports to the Chief Executive Officer Terje Sorensen.
