Norway: Siem Offshore Charters Platform Supply Vessel to Statoil

Siem Meling Offshore DA has entered into a contract with Statoil Petroleum AS for the large-size PSV ‘Siem Sailor’.

The term of the contract is 2 years with 2 yearly options. The contract shall commence during January – March 2012.

The contract is done at market conditions.

The ‘Siem Sailor’ is owned by the subsidiary Siem Meling Offshore DA, in which Siem Offshore has 51% ownership.
