The apprenticeship program will support young students entering the offshore wind industry and will combine both theory and practice.

The two parties will work together to promote the curriculum and training environment, with the Danish company providing the latest industry experience with guest lecturers and practical cases.

Ørsted will provide students with the opportunity to work on crew transfer vessels (CTVs), service operation vessels (SOVs) and to take part in the operation and maintenance of wind turbines, as well as drones and unmanned underwater vehicles.

In the third year, apprentices will receive scholarships and will have living expenses covered. In the fourth grade, which includes on-the-job training, all students will receive salaries.

After graduation, Ørsted will offer job opportunities to the students and those selected will travel to Denmark to attend an inauguration course.

The first group of students will be registered after the summer vacation next year.
