Pacnet Upgrades Trans-Pacific and Asia Subsea Cable Network to 100Gbps

CoreSite Realty Corporation reported that Pacnet, has upgraded its trans-Pacific and Asia subsea cable network to 100Gbps to address the growing demand for bandwidth services throughout the U.S. and Asia-Pacific region.

PACNET ENABLED NETWORKThrough Pacnet, CoreSite’s customers have the ability to connect to diverse carriers and gain high-capacity subsea cable access without purchasing backhaul to a landing station.

Pacnet is the first carrier to provide 100Gbps services between the U.S. and Asia in an effort to support customers that require increasingly higher bandwidth solutions.
