PJ Valves Gets Two FPSO Contracts

PJ Valves (PJV) has been awarded two contracts by two oil and gas operators to supply valves for a floating, production, storage and offloading vessels (FPSOs) with a combined total value of $3.5 million.

The company will manufacture and supply the valves for the projects located offshore Malaysia and the UK North Sea.

The company will manufacture and deliver 2,000 ball valves, both manual and pneumatically actuated, to the project in Malaysia. The valves will be installed on the topside modules and used in a range of process applications including gas processing and treatment.

In the UK North Sea, PJV will manufacture more than 150 forged steel gate, globe and check valves, in addition to ball valves, from its facilities in Italy.

PJV will also manage the DNV inspection process.
