Portugal awaits Trinidad LNG cargo

Portugal’s Port of Sines will get a shipment of liquefied natural gas from Trinidad and Tobago next week, port data shows.

The Excellence LNG carrier, with a capacity of 138,000 cubic meters, is expected to arrive at the Sines LNG import terminal on December 4.

The terminal is held by REN Atlântico and has a nominal send out capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per hour (5.26 bcm per year), with a peak capacity of 900,000 cubic meters per hour.
