REN-operated Sines LNG import terminal in Portugal has booked a couple of the chilled fuel, shipping data by the Port of Sines shows.

The cargo will be delivered from Nigeria LNG’s Bonny Island liquefaction plant onboard the 175,000-cbm LNG Abuja II.

The carrier delivered to NLNG last year from South Korea’s Samsung Heavy is expected to arrive at Sines on May 29.

Sines LNG terminal, located on Portugal’s Atlantic coast, with a nominal send out capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per hour has also booked a Qatari LNG cargo for the start of June.

According to the port data, the 137,660-cbm LNG carrier Dukhan is delivering a cargo from the liquefied natural gas complex in Ras Laffan. The vessel is scheduled to deliver the load on June 6.
