Qatari LNG cargo heading for Zeebrugge

Belgium’s Zeebrugge liquefied natural gas terminal is scheduled to receive Qatari cargo on July 19.

The Ejnan LNG carrier, with a capacity of 145,000 cbm, departed from the Ras Laffan port on Monday, port data reveals.

Fluxys LNG, the operator of the Zeebrugge terminal, recently launched a market test to evaluate the appetite for additional capacity at the LNG terminal in the port of Zeebrugge.

In the preliminary phase, Fluxys LNG will evaluate the appetite for small-scale services such as loading small bunker and feeder vessels as well as LNG trailer loading services.
