Qatari LNG cargo heads for Belgium

Fluxys-operated LNG terminal in Zeebrugge is scheduled to receive a shipment of the chilled gas from Qatar.

According to port data, the 145,700 cbm Umm Bab LNG carrier departed from Qatar’s Ras Laffan on Friday, June 19.

The carrier is expected to dock at Zeebrugge LNG terminal on July 7, the data shows.

The Zeebrugge LNG terminal has two regasification units with a combined maximum send-out capacity of 1.7 million m³ per hour. It imports LNG mainly from Qatar.
