Ramboll: Second Most Attractive Employer in Nordics

Ramboll has been elected as the second most attractive employer in the Nordics.

This is revealed in the recently published Universum survey ‘Nordic’s Most Attractive Employers’, which is based on input from 22,000 engineering students at top academic institutions in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

According to the survey, Ramboll achieves the position as number two based on a series of differentiators – including “good reference for future career”, “creative and dynamic work environment”, “professional training”, “challenging work”, “attractive products” and “competitive base salary”.

This year, the engineering students have elected Siemens as the most attractive employer, while ABB takes up third place position.

Students are important stakeholders

In last years’ ranking, Ramboll was voted the most attractive employer.

“Students are a very important group of stakeholders for Ramboll. It’s encouraging that again this year, we achieve a top ranking in the Universum survey. The result as the second most attractive engineering employer in the Nordics demonstrates that our future employees understand and appreciate what Ramboll stands for,” says Morten Peick, Group Director, Communications & Branding.
