Russia: Gazprom Elects Dmitry Lyugai as Member of Management Committee

The Board of Directors of Gazprom elected Dmitry Lyugai as a Member of the Management Committee for a five-year term.

At the same time, the Board of Directors terminated the authority of Vlada Rusakova as a Member of the Company’s Management Committee.

In December 2012 Dmitry Lyugai was appointed as Head of the Prospective Development Department of Gazprom and Vlada Rusakova was relieved of this post due to retirement.
