Sartor Offshore Secures Contract for Ocean Prince in Falkland Islands

Sartor Offshore, a leading supplier of MRV and PSV services to the oil and gas industry announced today on its website that AGR Peak has awarded Ocean Prince vessel a term contract as a field support, oil recovery vessel at the Falkland Islands.

The vessel will work together with Leiv Eriksson rig as long as their drilling program continues.

Leiv Eiriksson rig is scheduled to arrive from Greenland in the Falkland Islands in late January 201.

Ocean Prince is an AH–Tug/ Standby/ Supply vessel.  The vessel, formerly “Stad Supplier” and “Viking Prince”, was built in 1976 at Ulstein Hatlø AS.

The combined AHTS vessel “Ocean Prince” is specially designed and equipped for multirole support including tanker assistance.
