Seatronics Names D'Agostino as Vice President in Brazil

Seatronics, an Acteon company, has appointed Fabio D’Agostino as vice president in Brazil. In this role, he will be officer of the legal entity in Brazil and will be responsible for all the Seatronics operations in the country. The principal objective for this position is to consolidate Seatronics’ Brazilian presence and to develop a sustainable business in the county.

Prior to his new role as vice president, D’Agostino was a business analyst at Acteon. He has also worked for Babcock International Group as the business development manager for developing its Brazilian strategy. Additionally, he has held other sales and business development positions such as the export manager for a food equipment manufacturer and as the account manager for a large ICT manufacturer.

D’Agostino has a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is also a member of Acteon’s Pacer Programme, an in-house organisation that promotes the company’s core values of commitment and teamwork. The programme aims to increase capacity to analyse the business and implement agreed solutions and provides participants with the opportunity to learn wide-ranging skills across the business at a corporate level.

“Fabio has extensive experience of business development in Brazil,” said Acteon group managing director David Currie. “I believe that he will play a pivotal role in establishing Seatronics as a Brazilian business.”
