Anglo-Dutch oil company Shell, last night announced it concluded its 2012 drilling campaign offshore Alaska, USA.

After several weeks of drilling at Beaufort and Chukchi Seas, the mandatory close of the offshore Alaska drilling window has put the oil giant’s arctic drilling season to an end.
