SHI Wins USD 400 Million LNG Tankers Order

Samsung Heavy Industries Co Ltd. (SHI) announced today in its regulatory filing that the company has secured an order worth USD 400 million for the construction of two LNG carriers.

The order came from an unnamed North American ship owner.

The company also said that the vessels are planned to be delivered by the end of October 2016.
