Siem Offshore said on Monday that the company sold the Siem Sasha, Siem Louisa, and Sophie Siem PSVs to an undisclosed buyer.

All three platform suppliers are identical vessels of a VS 470 MK II design. They are 73.4 meters long, 16.6 meters wide, and can accommodate 34 people.

The sole difference between the trio of PSVs is their age. The Siem Louisa and Sophie Siem were built in 2006 while the Siem Sasha is one year older, built in 2005. All three vessels were built by Vard shipyards.

According to the most recent AIS data, all three vessels are located in the Mediterranean Sea, offshore Turkey.

Delivery of the vessels to the new owner is scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2019.

The company added that the sale of the three PSVs would have a positive cash effect of $10 million and a minor accounting effect.
