The Netherlands: TOS Confirms Ship Delivery Contract with GSS Marine Services

Last Saturday, on the 18th of August the shoalbuster Liz F from GSS Marine Services departed for a voyage of approximately seventy days. The well trained TOS ship delivery crew was able to prepare the voyage in only three days. The vessel left the port of Hardinxveld-Giessendam, The Netherlands for a voyage around the world to Singapore or Australia.

“We are proud to have been awarded for the delivery of the Liz F owned by GSS Marine Services. The first contacts with GSS were made during a CEDA meeting (Central Dredging Association) with the office in Maassluis, The Netherlands. The crew is excited about the voyage route and the shoalbuster. They are looking forwards in delivering her.”, says Ronald van der Kolk, Manager Division Nautical & Technical at TOS.

The shoalbuster is sailing under full TOS management and with TOS crew. The next stop will be Cape Town, South Africa. The final port of destination will be determined in the coming weeks.
