Video: The First of Four Boreal Ferries Launched (Turkey)

The first of the four Boreal ferries has been launched at ADA shipyard in Turkey on February the 28th. Each of the new vessels can accommodate 50 passenger car units, and to 249 persons.

Emissions-friendly diesel engines in combination with highly efficient the hull shapes are enhancing the environmental impact significantly compared to existing tonnage.

The first ferry is scheduled to be delivered fall 2013.
