VIDEO: Forland Shipping Launches MV Lewek Inspector at Cemre Shipyard in Turkey

Forland Shipping launched its new ship MV Lewek Inspector at the Cemre Shipyard in Altinova in Turkey on 13th of April 2013.

Managing Director Arne Magnus Johnsen split the silk ribbon with an axe, the champagne was released, and the ship glided graciously into the sea.

“One of our best, if not the best launching ever” said Site Manager Reidar Storli from Havyard.

“Forland Shipping is grateful to Cemre Shipyard and its workers that have delivered according to our expectations and in time. This is a great and moving moment for all of us,” said Arne Magnus Johnsen.

The ship will be towed to Sogn in Norway for fitting out and finishing. The scheduled time of arrival is in mid-May.
