Wilhelmsen Lines Shipowning Sells Shares in NOCC

Wilhelmsen Lines Shipowning AS (WLS) has accepted an offer to sell 6.5% of the shares in Norwegian Car Carriers (NOCC), the equivalent of 15,749,290 shares.

After the transaction, WLS will have no remaining shares in NOCC.

The transaction is subject to the offerer’s conditions being fulfilled or withdrawn.
