CIC Jiangsu Holds Training on 10.000 TEU Construction

China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd (CICJS) invited experts on July 11th from China Shipping Container Liner Co., Ltd (CSCL) and GL to make an interpretation of the periodic problems arising during the block-building stage of a 10000 TEU container vessel.

About 300 administrative staff and technicians from production, technology department, QC and other departments as well as construction teams participated in the training.

In order to meet the requirements of a 10000TEU container vessel and ensure the project proceeds smoothly, CICJS has formulated a practical and feasible human resource training plan and carried out related trainings, thus contributing to advancement of know-how within the enterprise and at the same time exchanging knowledge between enterprises.

More than 700 people have accepted trainings in areas such as welding, high voltage electrical engineering and training related to side hanging basket this year. CICJS organized personnel from Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd and Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd and exchanged knowledge on production process of the 10000TEU container. With the ship construction processing steadily, CICJS will further carry out related trainings according to different stages of construction and concrete requirements of construction technology, thereby guaranteeing high-quality construction of 10000TEU container vessels.
