Actuant Moves to New Office in Perth, Australia

Hydratight, bolted joint specialist, and sister company Cortland a provider of high performance rope and assemblies, cables and umbilicals have a new office and warehouse facility in Perth, Western Australia.

The state of the art facility, due to open on 12 May 2014, marks the new home for the Actuant Corporation’s Energy Segment in Australia.

The facility has been designed and built in a way that will encourage further client interface by consolidating the Actuant offering. The warehouse and office will accommodate around 50 employees working in a range of roles including office staff, workshop and field service engineers.  The facility will also provide comprehensive meeting and training space.

Doug Sangster, Hydratight Commercial Leader for Australia and New Zealand, said: “We have seen impressive growth in our operations in Australasia, which caused us to outgrow our existing Kewdale facility. 

“Perth is an area of significant importance and this move to a purpose built facility in Jandakot marks an exciting time in the growth of the business.”

The new site at 3 Orion Rd Jandakot WA 6164 occupies an area of 12,000 square meters and is a one story modern office building offering increased training and conference capacity and a modern warehouse.
