Alam Maritim Wins AHTS Provision Contract

Malaysia’s Alam Maritim Resources Berhad announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd, has recently been awarded a contract for the provision of an anchor handling tug supply vessel.

The Contract, valued at approximately RM22 million (USD 6.8 million) is for a primary period of six months with an extension option of another two months.

The deal is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of AMRB for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 up to 2014.
