The EnBW Albatros project comprises 16 Siemens Gamesa SWT-7.0-154 turbines, the last of which was installed by Fred. Olsen Windcarrier in September.

The 112MW offshore wind farm is located some 104km off the coast of Germany, in the immediate vicinity of the 497MW EnBW Hohe See project, which commenced operations in October.

The projects, built as one, are owned by EnBW, Enbridge, and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
