Atlas Professionals Invest in Subserv Pro

As Subserv Pro Limited enters its tenth year, the company has agreed an initial 25% equity investment by Atlas Services Group Energy Limited.

Control of the companies (Subserv Pro and its subsidiary ORCA Offshore) will not change, however the agreement will see Marcel Burghouwt, Managing Director of Atlas Professionals, take up a non-executive position on the board of directors.

Marcus Chandler, Managing Director of Subserv Pro, comments on the relationship, “While Subserv Pro remains an autonomous business it now has the benefit of the backing, resources and global reach of Atlas Professionals. Our 30-strong team within Subserv Pro and ORCA are very reassured by this alliance, with Atlas being such a respected international operator in our field. With guidance and potential further investment by Atlas we see ourselves cementing our position in the UK and Europe and developing further into international markets.”

As Operations Director, Celia Chandler is responsible for customer service. “Candidates and clients of Subserv Pro and ORCA will continue to enjoy the same quality of service and attention to needs from our existing teams. Subserv Pro sources qualified personnel on a worldwide basis for clients operating in oil and gas offshore, subsea telecoms, power and renewables. It also provides crew management services to fleet operators through its subsidiary company, ORCA Offshore.
