China: Repaired Vessel MOL Explorer Leaves CIC Changxing Shipyard

On March 14th 2012, the repair project of M.V. MOL Explorer was finished successfully by CIC Changxing Shipyard. The subject vessel (L:294.12 M , B:32.2M) belongs to MOL company.

The main job for this vessel is to renew the web frame in No. 8 DBT (P & S), gouging and re-welding of the No. 7 oil tank and renewal of the zinc anodes in DBTs.

The production and hull department of the yard organized the labor force reasonably workforce and managed to overcame the bad weather. The leaders、SIM、supervisors and working teams cooperated well with each other to ensure the delivery schedule, the repair safety and quality and provided the best service to the owners.When the yard dealt with the web frame renewal in No.8 DBT, the staff followed the high standard required by the owners strictly.
