Digital technology key during Master Classes at Offshore Energy

On 23 and 24 October, Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference takes place at RAI Amsterdam. As each year, an extensive conference program is part of Offshore Energy. The Master Classes are once again an inspiring addition to the program.

Master Classes

The Master Classes bring together masters and young talents from the offshore, oil & gas and energy industry for exchanging both technical and non-technical ideas and experiences. The Master Classes are designed for students attending their last year, starters and Young Professionals (<6 years working experience, <35 years old, min. Bachelor degree). Participation costs are € 15,00 per session. In both sessions, digital technology is the central theme.

On Tuesday 23 October the first Master Class takes place from 9:00-11:00, presented by Simon Kennedy, COO at eVision. Participants of this session will discuss how and which new markets should be approached to implement digital technology.

On Wednesday 24 October Joost Lasschuit, Managing Director of Rolloos will ask participants to think about the best operational and business strategy for digital technology.

Young Professional Hub

Besides the Master Classes, there is much more to find at Offshore Energy for Young Professionals. At the Young Professional Hub YP’s can participate as of 11:30 in an informal meet & greet session named Meet your Peers. By discussing interesting themes, participants will get to know their fellow YP’s. You can also find a Well of Fortune at the Hub. How do you make companies millennial proof?

YP’s can deposit their answers to that question in the Well of Fortune. The owner of the best idea receives a training of choice offered by Krauthammer. YP’s can also receive advice about their personal Career Planning. The Young Professional Hub is located at stand 2.300 B and is presented by Navingo Career in cooperation with Energie Bedrijf Nederland (EBN).

To participate in the Master Classes you need to register for Offshore Energy after which you add the Master Classes. To participate in the Meet your Peers sessions, pre-event registration is applicable (on-site registration is limited).
