DOF AHTS vessel duo wins work in New Zealand, Brazil

Oslo-listed offshore vessel operator DOF has won contracts for two of its anchor handlers in New Zealand and Brazil.
DOF on Tuesday said Shell Taranaki had awarded its Skandi Emerald offshore vessel a 60-day contract.
The Skandi Emerald vessel is an AHTS built in 2012. The contract will start in January.
DOF did not reveal the financial details of the contract, nor the scope of work the vessel will be performing for Shell Taranaki.
In a separate statement on Tuesday, DOF said that its Brazilian affiliate Norskan Offshore Ltda. won awarded a 1-year contract for the Skandi Ipanema anchor handler with an oil company in Brazil. The contract will start in January. Skandi Ipanema is an AHTS (STX AH 05) built in 2010.
