DOF Subsea sells vessel

DOF Installer ASA, an entity in the DOF Subsea Group, has entered into an agreement for sale of one of its three sister vessels to an international buyer.

The company did not disclose the name of the client, however, it did reveal the delivery date which is expected in late 2014.

The sale will release approximately NOK 650 million ($100.8 million) after redemption of debt.

The DOF Subsea Group is a specialist subsea service business that provides subsea construction, subsea engineering, inspection, repair and maintenance and survey services, which involve complex and challenging engineering in an international environment.
