Ezra Appoints Lead Independent Director

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Ezra Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Eng Heng Nee Philip will be appointed as the Lead Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2013.

Mr. Eng Heng Nee Philip remains as the Chairman of the Nominating and Enterprise Risk Committees and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
