Grand port maritime de Rouen is seeking a contractor for the underwater diving services in France.

Diving services are for the implementation of subsea inspections of the hulls and propellers of ships visiting and mooring in the GPMR harbour basins of Honfleur and Le Havre.

Official language for submission of tenders is French, and the deadline is July 24, 2013.
