GTT Organizes Seminar Focused on Membrane Systems for LNG Carriers

On June 14th 2013, GTT organized its first technical seminar in Delhi, India, focused on Membrane systems for LNG carriers, and Offshore and Onshore LNG facilities.

This one-day seminar hosted by experts of GTT was an excellent occasion to share information on the latest developments and viewpoints concerning the import of natural gas with India’s LNG community.

The program included various presentations:

• Introduction to Membrane Systems for LNG
• Materials and Suppliers for Membrane Technologies
• Design Solutions for LNG carriers, from very small to very large
• Offshore and Onshore technical solutions
• Return on experience from ELENGY (French’s leading LNG operator – GDF Suez Group) on the GTT membrane full integrity tank System
• More than 70 people from the full spectrum of India’s LNG industry, including representatives from government bodies, National and International Oil and Gas companies, Shipbuilders, Ship-owners, Classification Societies, Engineering companies, EPC contractors, etc., participated in this seminar.
